Since I was involved in international Scouting, I was always passionate in doing my best for making Scout Movement prosper and deliver the best service to young people across all countries. During last four years World Scout Committee (WSC) had a very efficient team working on the goals of our vision and I am honoured to be part of this team. Being involved in many different areas of work, such as governance, institutional matters, world events, fundraising, services to NSOs and others gave me a chance to understand work of WSC better. I believe that my professional, volunteering and cultural background along with having motivation, commitment, skills, expertise and gained experience in combination with passion will continue contributing to the Movement in the best way. The great motivational factor was successful delivery of many services to the Movement throughout an exceptional and challenging circumstances our Movement had to face. I believe that diversity of profiles of WSC members is essential component of successful achievement of goals set by the WOSM’s Strategy and Vision2023. At last, there is nothing more motivating than serving to Scout Movement in team of committed people sharing the same values for an ultimate goal of creating a better world.
