My personal motivation is to be elected member of the World Scout Committee, to present the proposal that six members of this body collaborate closely and personally with each of the Regional Committees to define the strategy and plan to identify the necessary resources, and the way to obtain them, to do everything possible to achieve the goals of “Vision 2023” (100 million Scouts worldwide), as well as those established in the 2021-2024 Triennial Plan, by the 2021 World Scout Conference. The way to carry out this action by the World Scout Committee, is: that the six designated members have an affinity with the Regional Scout Committee that corresponds to them so that the possible means of communication and surrender of reports, as well as their periodicity. The coordination of this project would be in charge of the 1st Vice-president, who would have direct communication with the six designated members, to resolve doubts or actions and define the decisions that the Committee must take at its next meeting. A periodic report on the progress of this project will allow the World Scout Committee to be informed in a timely manner.
