Juan REIG

Candidate for Voting Member of the World Scout Committee
I’m deeply committed to ensuring that WOSM becomes an even stronger and united movement, capable of overcoming the current global challenges. By supporting all our NSOs to keep improving in all aspects, we will not only grow stronger, but we’ll also keep providing children and young people the best experience of Scouting in the XXI century. Scouting has taught me to be of service wherever I would be more useful, whether it be at local, national, or international level. Considering the challenges that our world and Movement will have to face in the coming years, I’m convinced that now more than ever, this coming election for the World Scout Committee (WSC) will be crucial to provide guidance to lead the way. The experience I have gained in the last three years as WSC member, together with my knowledge both within the Movement and in my professional background, make me believe that it is time to once again step forward, and to humbly offer my service to keep contributing to our Movement as an experienced, committed, capable and passionate WSC member for the next triennium. This is my motivation: to keep the Promise I made to do my best to create a better world.
