I strongly believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to become a Scout, be a part of a meaningful community, create strong relations, and experience relevant programme. A combination which will develop the capacity and character to make positive changes in their life and society. For that reason, I am proud to see Scouting reach young people all over the world. The past four years have shown me the resilience of our Movement. Even during a global pandemic, Scouting doesn’t stop, and I am motivated by seeing the many initiatives and innovations being done to continuously deliver Scouting and support local communities. We need to learn from that and ensure Scouting remains strong and united in the coming time. A task that I am excited to be part of. In the next triennium, I am dedicated to continuing my work as part of a strong team. I offer my passion, expertise, and determination to work tirelessly to achieve Vision 2023, lay the foundation to follow and ensure that more young people have the opportunity to grow and develop through Scouting.
