This Conference Mobile App is designed to enhance the Conference experience for all participants by offering everything needed to stay informed and connected throughout the seven-day event. Key features of the app include access to the detailed conference agenda, which allows you to browse sessions and personalise your schedule. Participants can also discover featured speakers and presenters covering a range of topics.
The app is also the place for participants to connect with each other during the event. The app enables participants to exchange contacts and chat with fellow Scouts. The app also incorporates gamification elements, allowing participants to complete challenges and earn points for participation during the event.
Participants can explore the exhibition space in the app through videos and materials from featured exhibitors and can also access to important Safe from Harm contact information and reporting tools to safe and inclusive experience for everyone.
The app’s floor plans also allow participants to navigate the venue and find session rooms, while evaluation tools offer the chance to provide feedback through daily surveys and session ratings. Using Conference Attendee Hub for online participation
While the app is a valuable resource for all attendees, virtual participants will need to use the Conference Attendee Hub to join online sessions. This innovative platform is designed to facilitate online participation, providing an immersive experience for virtual attendees to join plenary and select breakout sessions.
The Attendee Hub is a designed specifically for participants who will not attend the Conference in person, and is equipped to handle a global audience, ensuring that every participant can engage with event’s programme and contribute to discussions. Registered participants must use the Attendee Hub to join online sessions as the Mobile App is not configured for this purpose.
Accessing the Attendee Hub is straightforward and secure. Registered participants can log in using the email address provided during Conference registration. For added security, a one-time password (OTP) is sent via email and SMS, changing with each login attempt to underscore our commitment to data security and participant privacy.
The Attendee Hub serves as the primary platform for virtual participation, streaming all plenary sessions and enabling delegates to raise their hands and address the Conference at the invitation of the Conference Chairpersons.
A selection of workshops are also available online for those joining remotely, allowing participants to engage fully by raising their hands and speaking when invited by the facilitator. This interactivity ensures that virtual attendees have a voice and can contribute to the dynamic discussions that are a hallmark of the Conference.
