Exhibitions area showcases Scouting around the world

The World Scout Conference and Youth Forum will provide an opportunity for the Scout Movement to meet virtually, share good practices, talk and network together with few thousand participants from around the world.
In addition to the institutional programme, a special Exhibitions area will be designated for Member Organizations and key partners to create a unique experience on the digital participation platform. The exhibitions area will offer Member Organizations and key partner a chance to share good practices, highlight programmes, activities and training opportunities, and showcase international Scouting events.
Through the digital participation platform exhibitors will be able to present video and on-demand content, organise live meetings and exchange messages with participants.
Member Organizations and key partners are invited to express their interest to host an exhibition by 15 June using the online form
Following the registration of exhibitions, the Conference Planning Team will organise a technical briefing for designated representatives of Member Organizations and key partners later in June, during which the technical framework will be presented and further assistance provided in the preparation of the exhibitions.
