The World Scout Conference is the governing body of the World Organization of the Scout Movement. Taking place every three years, the Conference enables 171 Member Organizations to play an active role in shaping the standards, policies and shared goals of the Scout Movement worldwide. The World Scout Youth Forum happens in advance of the Conference, giving young people a platform to learn new skills and open the door to involvement in world-level decision-making for Scouting.
