Registration is now open for the Conference and Youth Forum

We are excited to announce that the registration platform is now live and open for Member Organizations to register their delegations to participate in this year’s virtual World Scout Conference and Youth Forum.
The events are by invitation only and NSO Official Contacts are responsible to register their delegation and appoint roles for each member by 15 July 2021. Member Organizations may register up to 6 people (2 delegates, 4 observers) between the ages of 18 and 27 to attend the Youth Forum, and up to 20 people (6 delegates, 14 observers) to attend the Conference.
Member Organizations are strongly encouraged to appoint a delegation that reflects the diversity of the Scout Movement, including a balanced delegation in terms of gender, geographic and cultural representation, and young people under the age of 30. Member Organizations are also strongly encouraged to register their Youth Forum delegation as part of their Conference delegation to ensure a strong involvement of young people in decision-making processes.
The costs to participate in this year’s Conference and Youth Forum is free of charge, but we invite all Member Organizations and other participants to make a voluntary contribution to the Re-energising Scouting Fund to supports National Scout Organizations in their local COVID-19 recovery efforts. By making a donation, you will help National Scout Organizations to navigate the economic impacts of the pandemic, and funds will directly support activities that promote membership recovery, retention and growth.
To ensure that everyone has a safe, inclusive and positive experience during the Conference and Youth Forum, all participants are required to agree to the Code of Conduct and complete the online Safe from Harm courses to receive a certificate of completion and gain access to the events.
Delegations can prepare to make the most of their Conference and Youth Forum experience accessing the Delegate 101 package and following the NSO checklist. National Scout Organization leadership can also join a series of pre-event webinars to learn about everything from details about the next Triennial Plan to how the e-voting system works to demos of the digital participation platform. Make sure your delegation stays informed, involved and on the right track to having a remarkable experience.
To access dedicated support at any time during the registration process, contact our registration support team at registration@scoutconference.org or visit the registration page or FAQs for more details. To stay uptodate with the latest news and information please follow the Conference and Youth Forum’s Facebook page.
