Helga Mutasingwa, a board member of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) and co-founder and director of programs at Afya Pamoja, pivotal role in program design and delivery, shaping client interactions with the digital service and optimizing data to enhance its impact – on a national and local scale. With a background as a medical doctor and public health professional, Helga has spent over six years working closely with patients in community facilities and engaging with local government officials. This experience gave her a deep understanding of the importance of patient feedback in public health decision-making. Helga holds a medical degree from Hubert Kairuki Memorial University and advocates for women’s health through her roles with the Tanzanian Girl Guides Association and Global Youth Mobilisation.
