While an international in-person event is not foreseen to be feasible in August 2021, we believe that these virtual events will be a positive opportunity for our Movement to come together during these unprecedented times. We see it as a chance to strengthen our motivation to continue growing stronger together towards Vision 2023 and ensure continued good governance of WOSM. 

Participants should feel the unity of the Movement through convening all together in one place online, taking part in the social activities and networking with other Scouts.
