The revised RoP was adapted to include provisions for meeting virtually. Some of these revisions include:

• Edits to allow for a virtual delivery format and voting process
• Clarification for determining “presence” in a virtual meeting context
• Change that deadlines for submission of Amendments and Emergency Resolutions be time based before select voting sessions (while preserving the original intervals)
• Flexibility to ensure suitable and fair means of presenting candidacies to the World Scout Committee in a virtual meeting context
