Different state of the art conferencing tools are under review by the technical team to provide an immersive experience and also facilitate the social and informal networking aspects of the events. 

The aim is to provide participants with a varied and engaging programme through an integrated conferencing platform, taking advantage of online engagement tools, networking spaces and gamification concepts. 

Once the conferencing platform is decided and live, adequate training and tutorials will be provided to delegations to ensure everybody is able to fully experience the virtual events.
