Member Organizations are encouraged to join the pre-engagement programme to gain the necessary tools, information, and skills and make the most of the event. Taking place in the six months leading up the Conference, this programme will feature a range of informative and engaging activities including online sessions, videos, circulars, and digital content.

But it’s not just about theory – this is a chance for Heads of Delegations to get hands-on experience in casting votes on World Scouting’s eVoting system and for everyone to ask questions and feel confident navigating the voting process. Mastering these skills will ensure your organisation can participate fully during critical decision-making moments.
