We are looking for international volunteers to support the planning and delivery of the 43rd World Scout Conference. Want to be part of the Scouting’s largest decision making event? Register before the deadline on 15 May!

To take part in this unique experience, complete the registration form here. Fill in your information for the following categories:

After submitting your completed registration form, you will receive a confirmation email from Egypt Scouts. Keep a look out for this as it may contain further instructions and next steps!

Responsibilities

Flight tickets

Volunteers must arrange and cover the cost of their own flight tickets, visas, and insurance.

Endorsement letter

Prepare an endorsement letter from your Member Organization which will be requested later.
